Well, there are many different ways to make money on your blog website. One way is by letting Google place ads on your blog site, which we talked about in our tutorial on AdSense. This is basically a you get paid when someone clicks on an ad. This is called Pay Per Click, or PPC.

   Other ways to make some extra money on your blog site, is to be an affiliate with companies who sell products in the same category of your site. To get affiliated with these companies usually all you need to do is apply. For example: I am an affiliate of amazon.com , and on this site I have a store, and a few ads that I have placed on the blog. When you or anyone go's to amazon.com by clicking on a banner, add, or through my Blogger Mart store, I get a commission on anything purchased there. You can find an affiliate company for just about any type of blog you have. Many times if you go to a website and scroll to the bottom, there will be a spot that says affiliate.You can usually click on the affiliate link to apply  Here is another example. I am an affiliate of Christian books .com. I have to other blog sites. One is Video Sermon, and the other is an Audio Picture Bible blog I built. Now for my affiliate through CBDcom I get a 10% Communion on sales. Different affiliate programs will have different commission.

To generate money on your blog site (in my opinion) all you need to do is help people. Have products that the person who visits your blog site might need or be looking for. When you have good content on your blog site you will start to get traffic. When you start to get traffic you will see that you will get clicks and sales.

Adding The Follow Us On Facebook Widget To Your Blog

This will be a tutorial on how to add the widget follow us on Facebook. First you need to have a page on Facebook. If you do not have a fan page you can make one by clicking HERE. Once you have your Fan Page, you will want to get the widget so people can follow your fan page. To do this you will need to go to Facebooks social plugins. Click here for this. Now you will need to scroll down to the section LIKE BOX. This is to get the code for the widget you are going to add on your blog. Then you will go to the page you have made and copy the URL at the top in the address bar and put it in where it says Facebook URL. You might want to change the width, depending on where you plan to put the widget on your blog. When you have the widget the way you want it, hit get code. There are 3 options of code to use. I use the HTML5 code. You will have to put both codes in your widget if you use this one. Now, how to add the code. Scroll over the first code and copy it. Go to your blog dashboard and click design, then click on add a gadget where you want the gadget to be. Then chose the gadget HTML/JAVA. If you want a title you can, but is not necessary. Then in the box, past the first code. Go back to the code and get the second code. Then copy it as well and paste it after the first code and hit save. ADDING THE FACEBOOK LIKE BUTTON

Today we will be going over, how to add the Facebook LIKE button to a post and to the blog itself.
How to add the LIKE button, to the site itself. - First you need to know where to get the like button. Go to Facebook plug ins and put in the information to get your button.When you are finished, click the get code. Copy the code and come back to your blog site. Then go to Design and click add a gadget. Choose the gadget HTML/JAVA SCRIPT. Then paste the code in the gadget and hit save. You will have to paste both codes into the widget if you are useing the HTML5 code. If you use the iframe code, there will be only 1. Thats all you have to do.

Now, how to add the LIKE button to a post. This one is a little different. First make your post and publish it. We will add the LIKE button after the post is made, because we need the post URL (address). So publish your post then copy the URL (address) of that post. It should look something like this, http://thebloggerpageshowto.blogspot.com/2011/10/adding-facebook-like-button.html
Then go back to the Facebook plug in page and put in the information, and hit the get code. You will have to copy both codes, so you will need to go back and forth, so I would leave both pages up while you do this. Post the first code in, where you want it, and then post the second code right after the first one. After that, just hit publish post.

This is a tutorial on how to add an audio player to your blog website. You will need to download a few things, but it is well worth it, and everything is FREE.

If you have MP3 files, you do not need to download Audacity. This is just for recording your own voice, changing it to an MP3 file. Then we load the MP3 to a FREE host.


So if you have MP3 files, skip to the bottom to, NOW FOR THE COOL PART and start adding your files to kiwi6



First you will need to download Audacity for what ever operating system you have. To do this CLICK HERE and you will be directed to choose what operating system you have. I have windows XP as my operating system.

After that you will also need to download LAME MP3 ENCODER This allowes you to export your recording to an MP3 library for you to use later as we go along.




After you have downloaded both, try and make a short audio file and export it. When you export it, you will have to look for the LAME library. You should only have to do this once. It should be in program Files




NOW FOR THE COOL PART, getting the audio player.

This is a site I found that is totally FREE as well. Kiwi6 Just register an account there and upload your MP3 file. After that go to Profile on the right, and you should see the MP3's you have uploaded. Choose the one you want and click on it. Then click EMBED. After that copy the code for music player.

Come back to your blog and add the code to your post, Do this by switching from COMPOSE to Edit HTML at the top right, or you can add it to the gadget HTML/JAVA SCRIPT. witch ever you like. If it is in the HTML gadget, it will appear on all your page in the side bar or at the top, depending on where you put the gadget.




Oh yea, you can also add music or any other MP3 file you want on your registered Kiwi6 account, and have that added to your blog as well.

Adding A Gadget, Widget, Or Just Some Text

How to add different things to your Blogger site. You will first want to go to Design. Then you can chose ware you want your new gadget to be placed, and click the add a gadget block. You will be giving a list of many to choose from. If there is a gadget you do not like on your site you can also delete it from this page as well. Just click on the already added gadget and select remove. If you want your gadget somewhere other than where it is, you can click on it and drag it to where you want. If you are adding html code to your gadgets, you will want to chose the gadget HTML/Javascript and past the code in that gadget. Remember to hit save.
